Angel Run (Age 4 and Under)-8:30
1/4 Mile Good Deeds Dash (Age 5-8)-8:40
5 Mile Run-9:00 am
5K Run/Walk Individual-9:00 am
1K Special Needs Stampede-9:00 am
1K Champions Stroll-Seniors-9:00 am
The Good Deeds Dash races will be located on the High School track. The 100-Yard Angel Run for preschoolers will be located on the football field at the Tomah High School.

Packet Pick-up
Friday, June 14th, 4:00-6:00 pm at High School Commons
Saturday, June 15th, starting at 8:00 am until race time

Free Perks!
Each participant in the 5K, 5 Mile, 1K Senior Stroll, and 1K Special Needs Stampede will receive a t-shirt and goody bag. Good Deeds Dash race participants will receive a free t-shirt. Angel Run t-shirts available to purchase. Food and beverage available to all participants following the race.
Shower & Changing Facilities
Showers are available in High School locker room after the race. Please bring your own soap and towel.
